Hello everyone I have had some questions come across my desk and wanted to get answers to you all:
1. The Championships Team scores will be posted in Dessert Professional Magazine for your review. This is an awesome magazine filled with exciting information about our industry and on the event as they were in attendance.
2. Certificates were given on site and if you did not get yours at the event, please email Chef Jessie Riley at chef.jessie.info@gmail.com and she will reissue it to you. This is for students and volunteers.
3. You can get your receipts for attending the event through the website.
Thank you all for your attendance and support for this exciting event. Please note that you can pre-register for the World Pastry Championships and Forum Classes for 2012 NOW!!! Contact me with any questions that you have. I was so happy to meet you all and hope to see you next year and bring a friend!
