Just a note it is almost time for us all to meet up at the National Pastry Championships and World Forum Classes and we can't wait to see you all again and meet all the new students and attendees! Please note that emails are going out with instructions on registration, the happenings and to answer your questions. Thank you for your support and this is going to be a great event, with exciting seminars day and night, great food, tons of your favorite world class chefs and so much more! The registration desk will be a great point of entry for questions that you have, so drop on by and we would love to help you.
I will be doing a seminar on July 6th in the evening format that will have chefs and industry business owners from all over the industry talking about how they became a chef, what their business is about and how they started it, what their passions are in the baking/pastry world, who are their mentors and so much more. This is also an opportunity to meet some of your favorite chefs to ask questions up close and personal, get autographs, take pictures and just get to meet the chefs that helped inspire you into this exciting profession. Just to name a few chef Ewald Notter, Chef James Rosselle and Marina Sousa, Chef Instructor Rachel Beckett from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Susan Notter, Owner of Chef Rubber.com and Team Gonazalez who are competing this year in the championships and more!
