I have reached my 4 year anniversary with MGM Grand Detroit. It is hard to believe it at times. During that time I obtained my Certified Working Pastry Chef certification. I also attended a Tea and Etiquette Seminar and have started a small tea business. I am looking to possibly open a tea shop and sell tea and pastries.

Wow! I just returned from Phoenix and I thought it was 118 degrees there. That's nothing compared to 100 degrees in New York City. OK - that's another story for another time.
