I have reached my 4 year anniversary with MGM Grand Detroit.  It is hard to believe it at times.  During that time I obtained my Certified Working Pastry Chef certification.  I also attended a Tea and Etiquette  Seminar and have started a small tea business.  I am looking to possibly open a tea shop and sell tea and pastries.See More

I was a former teacher for seven years. I decided to make a career change to baking/ pastry. I graduated with my CPC from Macomb Community College and I am currently working at the MGM Grand Detroit. The job is great! I have new things to learn everyday.
