I have my own pastry shop in Quito Ecuador, I am Pastry Teacher and Pastry Chef for a restaurant and Corporate Chef for a chocolate firm here in my Contry. I participated in the Pastry Forum last year as first Chef assistant of Chef David Wesmael on his Ice Cream Class. I would like to join these year as assitant on the hands on chocolate class.
