I am an instructor in The Baking and Pastry Arts Department at The Vancouver Community College in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have been teaching for the past 21 years and started my training as a Pastry Chef in The Netherland in 1973. In 1983 I moved to Vancouver, Canada. Still learning and expanding my knowledge and skills every day.
