I just recently completed my Maitre Chocolatier Certification in Vancouver through their master's program in Vancouver Canada. I'm very excited about my venturing into the world of chocolate - which I think is incredible, full of wonderful people, great adventures and most of all, sweetness that puts smiles on everybody's lips!
Prior to my entre into becoming an artisan chocolatier, my life and career has been spent in conservation, finance, international trade and investments---definitely another world!!!

Thanks a lot for adding me. Yah, I was a Teacher in Melbourne Australia, but now I'm based in Kuala Lumpur as a Technical Adviser for Beryl's Chocolate (Confectionery and Gourmet) side. I'm also a Teacher in Patisserie. How are you been anyway and hows the Industry in America?
