What should a student put on a business card?

Here's my format..

Student Name
Candidate, Program (Associate, Bachelor's etc)
Title of Program (Baking and Pastry Arts Management etc)
Tel
Cell
Email

School Name
Student Address (if on campus)
School Tel
School URL
