Elena Shramko, Captain
Elena Shramko has been the General Director of "Culinary Art Centre Exclusive" in Moscow since 2002. Prior to that she served as President of the North-caucasian association of culinaries and Manager of the restaurant system "Bristol". Elena has competed internationally and has served on international juries for pastry and culinary competitions. In 2006, as team manager, she brought the first Russian team to Phoenix, Arizona to compete in the 2006 Amoretti World Pastry Team Championship.
Denis Rusachkov
Denis Rusachkov graduated from Tsaritsino College, where he specialized in confectionery. In addition to working at well-known restaurants in Moscow, he has worked professionally in France, Japan, and other international assignments. Sergei as garnered several culinary prizes. At present he is the corporate chef for Lanch Company.
Olga Sytina
Olga Sytina was born in Bashkirstan. Since her childhood she has been keen on the culinary arts. She completed her degree at Food–Industry College and later graduated from the Orenburg State University of food industry earning qualification as an engineer–technologist in bakery, macaroni and culinary industry. Olga has taken part in many conferences, festivals and receptions as a chef and as a judge of culinary art. She earned the title of Confectionery Master of Russia.
