Kathrine Velin Hansen - Captain (degustation)
Kathrine is the Executive Pastry Chef at Andersen Bakery in Copenhagen. She
was first trained as a chef, and has been making pastries since 2006. Kathrine runs also a catering company, and has been teaching cooking & pastries for some years.
Nichlas Jamie Frese - chocolate work
Nichlas started as a baker, before turning into the pastry field. Nichlas has been working as a Pastry chef, at HC Andersen Konditori & Café in Copenhagen the last couple of years. He has been competing nationally.
Mads Kilstrup Kristiansen – sugar work
Mads is the Pastry Chef at the Swiss Pastry Shop in Aarhus. He has competed nationally and internationally. Began his career baking, and won the title best young baker, before he started making pastries.
