Laurent Le Daniel achieved the title of M.O.F. in Patisserie/Confiserie in 1997. He had worked in several prestigious patisseries in France before opening his first pastry shop in Rennes in 1998. This shop was followed by a second in 2001, and a third just outside of Rennes in 2004.

Laurent has competed in France taking the gold medal in all categories of the “72 Heures de L’Art Culinare” in 1995, and the gold medal in Sugar at the Concours Rhone Alpes a Sainte Etienne.
