Announcing a new location for the 2012 World Pastry Team Championship and World Pastry Forum:
The event will be held at the Red Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The World Pastry Forum will take place July 4-7. The World Pastry Team Championship will take place July 8-9.
The theme for 2012 is “Astrology: Horoscopes”.

I am curious as to when they will list the class descriptions; I am hoping to get my employer to pay for the tuition but I need to be able to explain how they will contribute to the company. Please help.
